Generic Name: Doxycycline Hydrochloride Injection 10%
Composition: Each ml contains Doxycycline Hydrochloride 100 mg; Solvents ad 1 ml.
🔹 Indication:
Used to treat and prevent a wide range of bacterial infections in animals, including respiratory, urogenital, and soft tissue infections. Effective against rickettsial infections such as anaplasmosis and leptospirosis.
🔹 Dosage and Administration:
• Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Swine: 10 mg/kg body weight (0.1 ml/kg).
• Dogs and Cats: 5~10 mg/kg body weight (0.05~0.1 ml/kg).
Precautions:
🔹 Withdrawal Period:
• Meat (Cattle, Sheep, Swine): 28 days.
• Milk (Cow, Sheep): 5 days.
🔹 Storage & Shelf Life:
Avoid light, keep at 20~25 ºC in a dark place. Shelf life: 2 years.
