Flunixin Injection
Product Name Flunixin injection 5%
Composition (Each 1ml) Flunixin meglumine: 50mg
Special solvent ad: 1ml
Indications Antipyretic, antiphlogistic and anti muscle ache. Used for fever and inflammatory disease in livestock and small animals; muscle ache, soft tissue ache, endotoxin inflammation and septicemia in dogs.
Administration and Dosage For intramuscular or intravenous injection: Per 1kg bodyweight, 0.05ml for cattle and pig, 0.02ml for cat and dog, once to twice a day, continue for no more than 5 days.
Precaution (1) Do not use in animals with intestinal ulcers, bleeding, cardiovascular disease, liver/kidney dysfunction, or dehydration.
(2) Use with caution in acute abdominal disease as it may mask endotoxemia signs.
