Phenylbutazone: 200mg
Dexamethason-e: 0.38 mg
Excipient: Q.S.P. 100 ml
Mechanism of Action

Dexamethason-e: A glucocorticoid that provides powerful immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory actions. It inhibits lytic enzymes released during stress and inflammation, reducing macrophage phagocytosis.

Phenylbutazone: An NSAID that inhibits prostaglandins to block pain, fever, and inflammation. It reduces vascular permeability in early stages, preventing edema and diapedesis.

Indications & Dosage

Used for anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic purposes. Effective for musculoskeletal issues like arthritis, osteoarthritis, laminitis, and tendonitis in horses.

Horses 20 ml/day by slow IV injection; repeat based on severity.
Foals Slow IV or deep IM: 6 - 10 ml; repeat after 24-48 hours if needed.
