Multi effect water distiller Introduction

The six effect distilled water (WFI Generation plant) is an equipment that uses purified water as raw material and industrial steam to heat water for injection (no external cooling water is required). The produced water for injection meets the specifications of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP2020), the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP43) and the European Pharmacopoeia (EP10).

  • 🔹 Structural form: External preheater, condenser and first effect evaporator use double tube sheet plate design with internal tube sheet expansion and external welding to avoid cross contamination.
  • 🔹 Separation device: Features falling film evaporation, gravity separation, and spiral turbulence three-stage separation for maximum non-condensable gas discharge.
  • 🔹 Material: SS316L is used for all parts in contact with raw water, WFI, and secondary pure steam.
  • 🔹 Thermal insulation: Insulated with aluminum silicate needle felt for excellent stability and thermal efficiency.
  • 🔹 Surface treatment: Electro-chemical polishing ensures high-quality stainless steel finish.
