The One Step Fecal Occult Blood Test is a simple, direct binding immunoassay for the rapid and qualitative detection of human occult blood in feces. The assay is designed to detect lower levels of colorectal bleeding than other biochemical detection methods. The test principle is an immunochromatographic sandwich method, which employ two specific monoclonal antibodies to selectively identify hemoglobin in test samples.

1. Collect a random sample of feces in a clean, dry specimen collection container.
2. Label the specimen collection tube. Randomly stab the collection stick into the fecal specimen in at least five different sites. Ensure stool is only in the grooves.
3. Tighten the collection stick securely in the tube.
4. Shake the tube vigorously to extract the hHb.
5. Add 2 drops (approx. 70-90 µL) into the specimen well (S) of the test device.
6. Read results at 5-10 minutes. Do not interpret after 10 minutes.
