Product Description

Gibberellin is a widely existing plant hormone used in agricultural production to stimulate the growth of leaves and buds and increase yield. It is widely distributed in angiosperms, gymnosperms, ferns, seaweeds, green algae, fungi and bacteria, growing vigorously in stem ends, young leaves, root tips, and fruit seeds.

  • Principle: Based on competitive indirect colloid gold immunochromatography technology. Gibberellin in the sample competes for the colloid gold labeled antibody with the captured antigen.
  • Application: Qualitative rapid test for Gibberellin contamination in fresh bean sprouts.
  • Detection Limit: 0.1mg/kg (100ppb).
  • Visual Results: Results can be observed by the naked eye within minutes.
