The Fecal Occult Blood (FOB) Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold) is an IVD rapid test for qualitative detection of human occult blood in feces. It employs a chromatographic sandwich method with two specific monoclonal antibodies to selectively identify hemoglobin. With a sensitivity of 50ng/ml, it is more specific and easier to interpret than guaiac-based tests, unaffected by dietary restrictions.
