Product Description

Veterinary Injectable Phenylbutazone 20% Dexamethason-e Injection for Horses, 100ml

Composition: Each ml contains:
Phenylbutazone 200mg; Dexamethason-e (as sodium phosphate) 0.38 mg; Excipient: Q.S.P. 100 ml

Mechanism of Action:

Dexamethason-e is a glucocorticoid providing pharmacologic effects in all body cells, specifically valued for immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory actions. It inhibits lytic enzymes released during stress and inflammation.

Phenylbutazone (NSAID) inhibits prostaglandins to block pain, fever, and inflammation. It reduces vascular permeability to prevent edema during early inflammation stages. Together, they provide predominant pain relief and anti-inflammatory action.

Indications of Use: Anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic. Effective for musculoskeletal inflammations like arthritis, osteoarthritis, laminitis, and tendonitis in horses.
