PRAZIQUANTEL ORAL SOLUTION 5%
Indication

This product is a broad-spectrum antiparasitic drug, suitable for the following infections:

  • Livestock (Pigs): cysticercosis, cysticercosis, and schistosomiasis.
  • Cattle and Sheep: liver fluke disease, Moniz tapeworm disease, schistosomiasis.
  • Dogs and Cats: Infection with intestinal parasites such as canine tapeworm and cat tapeworm.
  • Poultry: Swordworm tapeworm disease in geese and ducks.
Usage and Dosage

Administration method: directly orally or mixed with feed/water (ensuring even distribution).

Recommended dosage:

  • Pigs, cows, and sheep: 0.2-0.4mL per kg (10-20mg/kg of praziquantel), single dose.
  • Dogs and cats: 0.2mL per kg (10mg/kg), repeat every 7 days for severe infections.
  • Poultry: 0.3-0.5mL (15-25mg/kg) per kg, oral single dose.
Withdrawal Time

• Pigs: 7 days before slaughter.
• Cattle & Sheep: 10 days before slaughter; discard milk for 3 days.
• Poultry: 5 days before slaughter; not for egg-laying period.
• Dogs & Cats: No break required; avoid breastfeeding for 48 hours post-medication.
